Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at Heavenly Daze, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
  • HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm
  • Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to the home.
  • No smoking inside the home or on the property. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (14 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Parking Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Free parking is provided.

  • All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
  • Internet is available, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • The property is equipped with: bed linens, towels, climate control, hair dryer, cooking basics, ice-maker, self check-in/check-out, dishwasher, toaster, pool table, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, hot tub, oven, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and cable TV/TV.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently ongoing in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Other Critical Details

  • Photos may show firewood; however, it is no longer provided by default. Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts, which guests may attend. However, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
